Actually, yes there ARE people talking about both. I hear them every day. Just like there really are people talking about banning guns. The difference is that the anti-gun people are nowhere as near the levers of power that the anti-sex people are.

I have posted quite a few stories here on Madville about efforts to criminalize abortion, even if the mother's life is in danger.
